Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on infants, children, and adolescents. Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results. Develop Treatment Plans with short and long term goals. Plan and provide individual and/or group therapy according to the individual needs and goals. Provide family education and training to assist in carryover of skills into a client's daily living environment. Make appropriate referrals for additional services. Supervise other Speech Therapists and/or CFs, graduate students, and volunteers, as assigned. Participate in in-service training and/or parent education programs as appropriate. Qualifications Must hold a New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license. Pediatric experience is preferred. Effective and efficient problem solver. Positive tone in interactions with staff. Exhibits responsibility and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates organization and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates an initiative to learn in order to meet goals and/or targets. Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as requested.
