Job Details - Manager Interview
- Inpatient adults only
- Can see peds in the ER
- 54 med/surg/tele beds
- 10 ICU
- OR/SDS

- Years of Experience Required: 2 years
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Times: Night shift HOURS: M-F 930p-730a, Sat/Sun 830p-730a
- Schedule follows a 7 on, 7 off rotation
- Weekend Requirement: Every other
- Holiday Requirement: Per unit need
- First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes
- Block scheduling? Yes, 7 on, 7 off
- Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER
- Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication
- Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred
- Charting System: Epic experience required
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding
- Parking: free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed
