A company is looking for an In-House Corporate Counsel to manage employment-related legal matters.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review employee-related documents and policies for compliance with US law
Manage US employment claims and litigation, including coordination with outside counsel
Provide guidance on employment law issues and assist with M&A employee/labor matters


Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current license to practice law
At least 3 years of experience with US employment/labor laws
Minimum of 5 years of management-side labor and employment law counseling
