Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage relationships with clients at both executive and working levels
Oversee the financial performance and health of the assigned client base, ensuring alignment with key financial drivers

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a hands-on role with Enterprise Customers (Fortune 100)
Advanced knowledge of the auto physical damage (APD) claim process and related systems
Proven track record of delivering results that contribute to profitability
