Key Responsibilities

Advise customers on the capabilities of the API and SDK
Take ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolution
Build sample applications to demonstrate the SDK's value


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2-4 years of experience in building applications using Javascript and Python in a UNIX/Linux environment
Experience with GraphQL API and SSO/SAML implementation
Experience in a technical support role, preferably with enterprise-level customers
Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, git, and GitHub
