A company is looking for an Executive Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer - Advisory and Counsel.



Key Responsibilities

Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members across various industries
Collaborate with Gartner team members to support member lifecycle activities including onboarding and relationship management
Define and deliver innovative solutions tailored to member needs and facilitate peer collaboration


Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or Master's preferred with 5+ years as a CHRO and 15+ years in HR
In-depth understanding of the HR function and the role of the CHRO
Experience working with C-suite executives and driving organizational change
Gartner or CEB client experience preferred
Consulting background and experience with federal government human capital issues is a plus More...
