Junior Estimator

Location: Clark, NJ (100% Onsite)

Salary: $60,000 + Benefits

We are a well-established electrical contractor with over 60 -years of industry experience, and we are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with electrical or construction estimating experience who is eager to grow and develop in a stable, supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Review project plans, blueprints, and documents to understand project requirements.
  
• Attend client meetings and bid walks to gather necessary details.
  
• Estimate materials, labor, and project costs.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  
• Manage incoming bids and prepare detailed cost analysis.
  
• Present estimates to senior leadership and track actual project costs.
  
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
  
  
  • 1+ -years in electrical or construction estimating.
    
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional electrical training or a related degree is a plus.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
    
  • Experience with Accubid Trimble software is a bonus.
    
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
    
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
