Job Level: Senior Associate.
Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mulesoft and a good background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can give to our projects and help drive our company success.
Develop and maintain integration solutions using Mulesoft to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement data integration strategies.
Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft applications through thorough testing and validation.
Provide technical expertise and support for Mulesoft-related issues and challenges.
Optimize and enhance existing Mulesoft integrations for improved efficiency and performance.
Supervise and address integration workflows to ensure detailed data flow.
Implement data quality and data governance standard processes in all integration projects.
Work closely with team members to understand and address their data integration needs.
Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to ensure standard processes.
Mentor and guide junior developers in Mulesoft development and integration techniques.
Possess a good background in Mulesoft development and integration.
Have experience in data quality and data governance practices.
Mulesoft Certified Developer Data Quality Certification (nice to have)
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plan
