We are seeking an experienced -Traveling Sign Install Manager -to lead and oversee sign installation projects in the architectural signage industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a team of installers and a strong understanding of both -electrical and non-electrical sign installation. If you thrive in a -fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and have a passion for ensuring high-quality installations, we want to hear from you!Traveling Sign Install Manager Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of sign installation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead -and -supervise -the -installation team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to understand project requirements and provide input on installation feasibility, timelines, and solutions.
- Inspect completed installations to verify conformance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiate contracts, and maintain a strong network of reliable suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
- Prepare and present detailed installation reports to upper management.Traveling Sign Install Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a -Sign Installation Manager or in a similar role within the signage industry (5 years preferred).
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
- Knowledge of -electrical and non-electrical sign installation, sign design, and installation techniques, materials, and tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction and signage industry.
- Willingness to participate in hands-on installations as needed.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Traveling Sign Install Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- NCCCO Crane Certification.
- OSHA30 Certification.
