Key Responsibilities

Drive effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success team through process implementation and program development
Guide the Customer Success leadership team on strategy and operational change management through data-driven decisions
Establish and maintain training and enablement programs for Customer Success Managers and support cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications

8 years of Customer Success experience within a SaaS company
Strong understanding of Customer Success functions including onboarding and account management
Proven track record in team building and leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
