Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of communication between Enterprise clients and internal teams
Identify growth opportunities and manage revenue targets for client accounts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, or technology/SaaS
Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools is a plus
