With a strategic pivot towards Lifeline in the absence of ACP, SafeLink continues to fulfill its mission of providing essential communication services to those in need.Join the team that connects people with quality experiences that give them the best value in wireless.What you'll be doing...You'll be a critical component in supporting our Prepaid business growth by building relationships with local agents and l to drive optimal results and gain market share; and by meeting and exceeding sales and retention objectives through ongoing training, coaching, and monitoring of individual and team performance. Developing a vision and purpose along with sales strategies that you'll help our local agent teams turn into action. You'll build the culture within your team for high performance and outstanding sales results, while providing excellent customer experiences.
- Lead a team that is responsible for driving sales and business growth for our Indirect Partners in your respective territory. (approx 7-10 Retailer Performance Managers)
- Developing and monitoring individual and team performance.
- Assigning sales territories to the Retailer Performance Managers
- Ensuring the team maintains knowledge of company and territory competitive trends.
- Lead your team to produce and present creative, compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews, that tell unique, customer-centric stories that express Verizon Value's key initiatives and expectations from a results' perspective.
- Ensuring expectations are being met, giving clear direction for your team to hold Indirect partners accountable and responsible for driving revenue and increasing results.
- Assessing performance of each agent and retailer and ensuring your team is developing a tailored plan on a monthly basis to improve productivity to help them meet their targets.
- Measuring and monitoring KPIs for your respective Indirect Partners, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent and overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement, analyzing market factors.
- Creating and implementing action plans as needed.
- Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing agents.
- Visiting in person with your team indirect locations 5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday.)
- Ensuring great customer experiences from your team and any customer complaints or disputes are addressed quickly.
- Presenting in various capacities to Indirect senior leadership.What we're looking for...You are energized to lead a sales team and are excited by sharing your energy and passion. - Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Four years of experience leading a sales team.
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 50% of the time.
