Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and problem resolution for field service inquiries
Collaborate with the sales team on product modifications and custom project engineering

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA Security+ are preferred
