BCBA Qualifications: BCBA Certification REQUIRED Excellent communication and time management skills Experience working with ages 1-5 years Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time) A definite plus - Ability to provide supervision to BCBA candidates_ BCBA Responsibilities: _- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.- Provide direct patient care and behavioral therapy, focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) 4% Match 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insuranceCompensation Package: Bonus opportunitiesSchedule: Monday to Friday
