NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY- WILL TRAIN! LOCATION: Springfield, NJ This afterschool case is only 3 days a week: Monday 3pm-6pm; Thursday 3pm-6pm; and Saturday 9am-1pm (hours are flexible) Potential to move into a full time position Gain ABA experience to use in your own classrooms Work under the guidance of a BCBA, Case Managers, and Directors Continuous professional developmentThe Uncommon Thread (TUT) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to help our children reach their greatest potential. We are not a destination, but rather a pathway to a more independent life. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide patient care and support to children with developmental disabilities, focusing on those with autism. Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with families and educational staff to promote behavioral health and effective communication. Qualifications Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques preferred (No experience necessary- WILL TRAIN Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities preferred Ability to collect data related to patient progress preferred but not requiredJob Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 per weekBenefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral programSchedule: After school
