SIGN ON BONUS $5,000 HEALTH INSURANCE DENTAL INSURANCE VISION INSURANCE Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the unit- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the unit staff- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Provide leadership and guidance to the unit staff- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members- Handle any patient or family concerns or complaints in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field- Current LPN / RN license - Previous experience in a nurse management or leadership role- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and processes- Experience in behavioral health, cardiac catheterization, pain management, memory care, neonatal ventilator, critical care, home care, or other specialized areas is highly desirable- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
