We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care and support within our healthcare team. This role focuses on direct patient care , supporting nursing staff, and contributing to the well-being and comfort of patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a clean and safe environment. Report changes in patient conditions to nurses and healthcare professionals. Assist with turning, repositioning , and moving patients as needed. Accurately update electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation. Requirements: Valid CNA Certification in NJ (REQUIRED). Basic knowledge of EMR systems and ability to document patient care. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Compassionate, patient-centered care approach. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment . Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or rehab setting.
