The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Medical Acute Unit at our Mullica Hill, NJ location. In this position, you'll serve as lead nurse for care coordination, which includes daily assignments of staff, utilization of nursing resources and effective delivery of care to patients. You may serve as a house supervisor as needed after completing training and competency.

Qualifications: Completed or actively pursuing bachelor's degree Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey 3+ years of progressive experience as staff or charge nurse in surgical services, med/surg, observation unit, peds, ICU or ER Proven expertise in management principles and clinical nursing skills Ability to relate effectively to patients, their families, physicians and staff members
