• 3+ years of Desktop Support experience



• Experience resolving Tier 2 & 3 technical issues (both desk side and phone)



• Must have strong Microsoft Applications / Windows environment experience



• Provide LAN systems support (including production)

Manufacturing / Production industry experience is a PLUS
