Experience with Win7 deployment. <br>2. Communication skills <br>3. MS Excel <br>4. MS Project <br>5. Issue tracking and escalations <br>&nbsp;<br>Job Description<br>Candidate will participate in the execution of Windows 7 upgrade and Citrix 6.5 deployment project. <br>Responsibilities will include application profile requirements analysis, business unit communication, process documentation and server migration coordination. Perform other related duties as assigned or required within group&rsquo;s infrastructure projects. <br>Must exhibit excellent communication (written and oral), analytical and trouble shooting skills. Able to shift roles within multiple deployment projects when necessary. Self starter, quick learner, creative thinker. Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. <br>Must have: <br>&bull; Experience with data analysis <br>&bull; Experience using Excel or SQL to manipulate user information (name, location, etc) <br>&bull; Knowledge with Active Directory user profile <br>&bull; Ability to analyze data and recommend objective-based actions based on analysis. <br>Nice to have: <br>&bull; Experience in managing infrastructure upgrades/rollouts for client/server and end-user computing a plus. <br>&bull; Experience and knowledge with Citrix is a plus <br>&bull; Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, Wyse Terminal, and Sharepoint a plus. <br>&bull; Project management experience and process oriented skills are important. <br>Knowledge of Chartis / AIG business, application, and technical support structures a plus.<br>&nbsp;<br>There will be two interview rounds; one phone and one onsite interview. <br>&nbsp;<br>So if you&rsquo;re motivated professional and have an interest in this great career opportunity then I will look forward to speaking with you.
