Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy and team to enhance recruitment efforts for diverse talent
Manage leadership-level recruitment searches and develop diversity recruitment strategies
Act as lead administrator for the applicant tracking system and ensure effective hiring practices


Required Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive, full lifecycle talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in leadership
A master's degree preferred or equivalent additional years of experience
Deep knowledge in sourcing and recruitment efforts across various levels
Experience with multiple HR/ATS systems and knowledge of US employment law
