The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Desktop Support and will be comfortable working at the client work site. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional support and contribute to the efficiency of our IT operations. Responsibilities * Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required. * Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore). * Complete special projects as requested by Customer. * Provides technical training to more junior employees. * Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. * Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $[37,800 - 50,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
