Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations Team: - Develop and drive strategic vision and comprehensive roadmap to guide the marketing operations team in alignment with the company's growth trajectory, while fostering team engagement and collaboration.Enablement & PMO:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize marketing processes, enhancing capabilities, functionality and performance.
- Oversee the adoption, and education of Wrike (project management tool) in partnership with Marketing Operations Manager, including quarterly reviews, implementing best practices & new features, integrations, and driving operational team reporting.
- Conduct process mapping and development, assess and streamline filesharing inventory, and manage team communications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to effectively guide Marketing team operations.Marketing Finance:
- Strategically oversee and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead the strategic management of PO/Invoice submissions, monthly reporting, forecasting, long range planning and annual planning.
- Drive the adoption and education of Planful for Marketing, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight and operational storytelling of operating expenses.Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
- Manage Marketing's procurement, third-party risk management (TPRM), InfoSec, finance, and legal review processes and education to Marketing team.
- Provide strategic guidance and education on vendor relationship best practices.MarTech Operations:
- Strategicallymanageandenhancetheorganization'sMarTechstack,drivinginnovationandcontinuouslyseekingopportunitiestooptimizeforcore capabilities & efficiencies.
- Partner on new MarTech to review the selection process, ensure redundancy and proper procedures, and assist with implementation and education processes.
- Stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies, providing thought leadership to the organization.
- Drive and advise Marketing AI strategy by identifying high-impact deployment areas, optimizing ETL processes, automating workflows, and assessing resource planning implications.Marketing Planning:
- Partner with Marketing Leadership to develop and execute overall marketing strategies, ensuring alignment and effective execution year-over-year.
- Provide significant contributions to business planning, collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing operations with organizational goals.Special Projects:
- Lead and manage large cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.AboutOurIdealCandidate:Experience:
- 12+ years of successful Marketing Operations experience, including team building and scaling, MarTech expertise, budget management, and process improvement; Public company experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and strategic judgment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Expert in budget generation, quantification, and analysis
- Deep experience with Wrike or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a keen eye for trends and insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships with cross-functional teams
- Effective leader in team development and motivation, providing career development
- Growth mindset with high emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2B and B2C healthcare technology or professional services marketing a plusEducation & Certifications:
