  Job Details
  • Ratios are typically 1:3-1:5 depending on acuity
  • Patient Type: cardiac patients, trach patients, respiratory patients with high flow, and a number of different gtt's, usually Cardizem.
  • 2 Years min required on a Step Down /PCU Unit within the last 3 months
  • Experienced with this level of care, titrating cardiac medications, etc.
  • Must be willing to work weekends

        Additional Details
        • First Day Instructions sent by Inspira directly to the worker by 5pm the Friday prior to Monday start.
        • The worker will receive three emails from Inspira.
        • TEAMS link for Monday which is a virtual orientation day.
        • Education to schedule their orientation classes.
        • Classes take place Tuesday-Thursday, and the candidate MUST attend.
        • The POCT class is scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd week of the assignment.
