A company is looking for a National Medicaid Medical Director - Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS).



Key Responsibilities

Review medical authorizations to determine medical necessity for services and supplies
Conduct computer-based reviews of clinical scenarios and communicate decisions to internal associates
Engage in discussions with external physicians and providers to gather clinical information and resolve conflicts


Required Qualifications

5+ years of clinical experience
Current License in Florida and ability to obtain licenses in other LTSS Medicaid states
MD or DO degree
Board Certified in an approved ABMS Medical Specialty
