This role will work closely with other HRBPs, COEs, and key stakeholders to drive strategy and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to organization design and implementation, change leadership, engagement and retention, and coaching.How will you make an impact? - Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities within the Product organization.
- Strengthen the leadership team of each organization by providing coaching and development to senior leaders.
- Engage with employees to understand and improve the employee experience and facilitate the organization's culture and engagement strategies.
- Establish a communication cadence with leaders of each business unit to understand their needs.
- Partner to design and implement organizational change that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead complex initiatives that support the client's needs, including employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Drive and execute annual HR processes including talent management and performance management.
- Partner with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes across the organization.
- Use data to highlight trends and proactively offer solutions that will drive business results.
- Provide analysis of client organizations' health by looking at trends in performance, employee satisfaction, and diversity.Have you got what it takes?
