A company is looking for a Senior Fraud Agent - Night Shift.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze withdrawals to identify and mitigate potential fraudulent activity
Review customer accounts and liaise with various departments regarding high-risk escalations
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and communicate directly with customers


Required Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant fraud and/or AML risk experience
Understanding of gaming and payment processes
Ability to work a hybrid schedule that includes weekends
Competence with Salesforce and G Suite products; intermediate Google Sheets skills are desirable
