Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for behavioral and school health professionals
Screen candidates and assess skills to align with the company's brand and values
Manage the ATS system and analyze recruitment metrics for effectiveness


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth/high volume environment
Recruitment experience in behavioral health is required
Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, with knowledge of Workday being a strong plus
