Key Responsibilities

Leverage data to enhance fraud and risk mitigation strategies while focusing on customer experience
Escalate emerging risk and fraud trends to supervisors and collaborate with the risk operations manager



Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in fraud and risk mitigation within a customer service or related role
Proven track record of executing solutions for complex fraud and risk issues
Strong sense of ownership and proactive identification of effective fraud and risk strategies
Ability to connect with stakeholders empathetically, ensuring a positive customer experience
