Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.The Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Multiple Myeloma: Bi-specifics reports to the Sr. Director, Global Commercial Strategy, TECVAYLI-- and will be part of the team that leads the commercial strategy, launch excellence, market shaping & development, customer solutions, and go-to-market model for TECVAYLI (teclistamab) in Multiple Myeloma and for the Operationalization of Bi-specifics TECVAYLI & TALVEY (talquetamab) in outpatient and community settings.The role will contribute to optimizing the value of our global J&J portfolio, by collaborating with key functions across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), J&J Research and Development (R&D), and J&J business regions.Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead commercial strategy, launch excellence, market shaping & development, and go-to-market model.
• Develop and deliver global positioning, marketing campaigns, and associated tactics, with cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Establish and deliver unique solutions to elevate the customer experience.
• Partner with Regions to develop, shape and implement commercial strategies, tactics, customer solutions and messaging.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs to ensure robust publication plans and enduring/differentiating data generation and messaging.
• Collaborate with Market Access to develop value propositions that support/bolster reimbursement and approvals globally.
• Work with R&D and Regulatory to bring commercial insight, develop/strengthen the Target Product Profile (TPP), and implement the broader vision for J&J's leadership in multiple myeloma.
• Collaborate with key cross-functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value proposition and commercial forecast valuation models.
• Create a culture of patient centricity and best practice sharing.\rThe qualified candidate should be an agile teammate who is able to lead and contribute in cross-functional teams and in a multi-cultural environment. They can gain alignment and drive decision making with regional teams on the commercial strategy.
