A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead financial operations and accounting in a high-growth environment.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information
Recruit, select, train, and manage accounting team resources
Enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls over financial reporting


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
6-8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Audit, preferably in Big4 or the financial services industry
CPA required
Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting principles
