A company is looking for an RCM Operations Advocate II to manage revenue cycle activities and performance metrics for client practices.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational revenue cycle for designated clients, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Manage queries and escalations from the global team to ensure quick resolution and accelerate accounts receivable
Generate and deliver comprehensive monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to clients


Required Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of revenue cycle management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding and revenue cycle management
Strong understanding of various insurance carriers and reimbursement processes
