A financial services client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be based in Jersey City, NJ. The position is HYBRID - 3 days a week onsite. The contract's duration is 6 months with possible extension and/or conversion. *W2 and Local only. What You'll Do Responsible for providing a high touch recruiting experience for senior management and officer level hires. Partner directly with Executive Recruiter to perform administrative and clerical tasks in support of recruiting processes. Coordinate interview scheduling for Officer level roles including availability, logistics, special arrangements, conference room bookings, etc. Coordinate all required pre-employment procedures for officer hires (i.e. background check appointments & status monitoring, drug screening exams, etc.) Assist with new employee onboarding activities such as communications with new hires, request for information, providing information to IT and security as needed. Act as a liaison between team members and the executives, sharing the employees' concerns and addressing their inquiries. Greet new hires upon arrival to offices, escorting them through final round interviews and/or day 1 setup Coordinate with non Jersey City locations to secure resource to assist with in person activities such as interviews and day 1 setup Serve as an administrator of application tracking system Create and maintain requisition files QA and review requisitions assigned within officer level requirements Assist with design, development and implementation of improved processes and procedures for the overall recruitment function. NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. * Talents Needed For Success: Experienced Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Additional Qualifications 3-5 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience. Self-starter with motivation to come on full time. Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues.
