Your RoleYour role involves liaising with the global Integrated Logistics Business Development community to develop segment-specific go-to-market approaches.Your Responsibilities

• Liaise with global Integrated Logistics Business Development community to develop segment-specific go-to-market approach.
• Own specific go-to-market initiatives to strengthen awareness, positioning, and lead generation for service offering of KN Integrated Logistics.
• Participate in selected relevant events and represent KN in selected media.
• Define and pursue a long-list of target accounts within the healthcare sector.
• Liaise with KN organization to identify and approach suitable stakeholders within target accounts.
• Develop customer-specific 4PL proposals based on in-depth understanding of customer situations and pain points.
• Present 4PL proposals to customer stakeholders and engage in required follow-up work to convert target accounts to qualified opportunities.
• Follow up on presentation requests from KN organization in the specific segment.
• Attend relevant industry events in an effort to build relationships, entertain customer interaction, and bring awareness to Kuehne+Nagel.
• Lead customer communication during the entire opportunity cycle process until opportunity is closed (win/lost/cancelled).Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or key account management.
  • 5+ years of logistics market experience (preferably global scope covering all transportation modes).
  • Practical experience in business development for logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the segment-specific supply chain requirements.
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical acumen.
  • Customer engagement skills to ensure constant pipeline development.
  • Track record in successfully closing business.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
