Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Responsibilities:This position is responsible for leading and directing the Global Strategic Insights team (GSI), in support of the MedTech Surgery, including oversight of the Global Strategic Marketing insights and analytics. Position will serve as key representative on MedTech Surgery Strategy team and will be the key contact for both Business Unit Leadership, Finance and Global Marketing Teams. Role will require a high degree of business acumen and understanding and must be able to activate a team to support for learning and insight needs across the business unit. Will also require an individual who is strong in collaboration and interdependent partnering. Other key stakeholders include Sales Planning and Operations, New Business Development, HEMA and Finance organizations. Position will have responsibility for prioritizing all the projects and activities required to drive success of the business unit.Job Summary:Provide a clear vision, mission, scope, and process for the GSI organization and translation of this to the Insights Team; which includes direct and indirect reports working across primary and secondary market research, competitive intelligence and analytics. Proven track record of performance that demonstrates strong leadership and ability to create a high performance global strategic insights team. Strong results orientation while leading through others. Demonstrate an ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure an impactful level of team involvement in key business discussions.Lead Insight Team in flawless execution of all projects and activities required to drive success of the business and pipeline. Proactively providing fact-based insights and analytics programs to address strategic business needs. Developing and implementing new innovative insights and business analytics tools and techniques and processes. Serve as key strategic partner to global leadership.
