In this role, the Hospital Pharmacist Emergency Services will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. This includes medication management, clinical consultation, patient education, compounding and preparation, compliance and documentation, and quality improvement. The experienced leader will work with providers and other members of the inpatient care team. They will educate and precept new residents within the Emergency Services line and department. Therefore, candidates with a PGY-2 specialty residency in Critical Care or hospital Critical Care experience will earn quick interviews. This role reports to a dynamic and supportive Pharmacy Services Director.
