Advanced wafer design drives the need for precision with reliability; ECI strives to lead the design of analytical equipment which can withstand the rigorous demands of the chemical processes for damascene, wafer-level packaging, clean and wet etch processes, with our Prima, Libra, Quanta and QualiSurf product lines.We are looking for a Production Assembler to join our team in our Totowa, NJ facility!This is a 2nd Shift starting at 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM.In this role, you will be responsible for: - Electro-mechanical assembly of computer-based instrumentation machinery with emphasis on wiring, assembling, and testing of sub-assemblies and on-line units. (Testing includes but is not limited to wet and dry testing of units and board testing)
- Performing re-work, test, and calibration of sub-assemblies.
- Solving and correcting issues as needed.
- Blow dry units
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams and technical orders.
- Hands on soldering and crimping of small intricate connector and wire assemblies
- Special assignments or projects as assigned
- Preparation of materials to be used in Molding Process
- Molding: Must be alert, detailed and work within strict time frames, using a hot oven.
- Polishing: Removal from molds, lots of washing and exposure to water.
- Labeling and Testing: following and meeting specific criteria. Minimum Qualifications
