Responsibilities: - Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their goals, concerns, and medical histories. Provide detailed information about available plastic surgery options, benefits, and potential risks.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body contouring. Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Preoperative and Postoperative Care: Coordinate and oversee preoperative and postoperative care for patients. Educate patients on preoperative preparations and postoperative recovery expectations. Monitor patients' progress and address any complications promptly.
- Collaboration with Medical Team: Work collaboratively with other medical professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and develop treatment plans.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery, attend conferences, and participate in ongoing education to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments in compliance with medical regulations and standards.
