• Be accountable for the daily operations of a specific department within the warehouse as a Warehouse Supervisor in Carlsbad.
• Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities and functions.
• Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership. Responsibilities:
  • Meet and adhere to warehouse operational standards.
  • Ensure freight is being moved to and from the warehouse in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain an efficient warehouse work environment.
  • Manage and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Allocate, supervise and distribute work amongst team members.
  • Provide training to team members. Skills and qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • One to two years of warehouse or logistics experience.
    • Knowledge of warehousing, storage, cross-docking and supply chain principles and processes.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
