We look across the full end-to-end customer journey for Premium customers on Venture X, as well as any new products we launch at the top of the market, and identify opportunities to address unmet needs or further elevate the experience. We also define and build experiences designed for accounts with multiple users, which becomes even more important with this customer segment.
