• Manage performance and develop employees by providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities
• Lead your team by example to serve customers in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner
• Provide a positive dining experience, incredible service and a reason for guests to return
• Use passion and knowledge to engage customers about the culinary and beverage offerings, creating interest and enthusiasm
• Work to ensure the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively by managing orders, scheduling, and payrollRequired Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of related work experience, or a college degree
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail, restaurant service, or other hospitality related industryPreferred Qualifications:
