Senior Managing Director, New Business Treaty Production - Reinsurance Aon is seeking a business development professional to join our Reinsurance Team. Identifies specific client and prospect needs and develops innovative and cost-effective solutions. Maintains a detailed understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources and solutions available and matching those to client business requirements. Achieves high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual bonus incentive plans in addition to base salary.
