It will be your job to break down the kind of silos that keep other brick-and-mortar players from delighting their customers with a truly seamless experience, and to leverage the company's physical presence to offer distinct advantages over online-only competitors. You will be the champion of the omnichannel product vision and roadmap, evangelizing your ideas to the business's leadership and working closely with stakeholders to gain the support and resources to execute. You'll be the chief idea-creator, trend-watcher, and data-gatherer for all things omnichannel.Why You?How you'll know if you're a fit---With at least 5 years of experience in customer-focused product management, you've worked for a great brand with a stellar digital experience.
