The ideal candidate displays an excitement for food and hospitality. As a critical member of our team, a successful F&B Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, helping to motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.We are a value-driven company with an emphasis on employee needs. - Coordinate FOH and BOH restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Train new and existing employees on proper service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Organize staff schedules and supervise shifts
- Uphold sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious work environment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to enable smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare tip reconciliations and employee clockins daily as part of weekly payroll
- Assist new hire, onboarding and employee orientation
- Uphold lines of communication, maintaining a positive working relationship with kitchen leaders and line staff throughout serviceKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
