Job Summary At JRM, our employees are our biggest asset, and their continued growth and development is paramount. Therefore, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to own and champion the Learning & Development processes. The L&D Manager will organize, streamline, develop, create, and improve upon JRM's learning & development program and framework. Responsibilities encompass leading the development and execution of learning strategies, providing engaging solutions, coaching employees, and leveraging analytics to improve talent initiatives. The aim is to empower employees to reach their full potential and drive organizational success. This role is expected to influence others; create and implement organizational systems, and resources; innovate and move the business forward, be a thought leader and a change agent. This role will facilitate high-impact learning experiences to enable our people, teams, and business to grow. Responsibilities - Improve upon existing and/or design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive leadership, management, and professional programs, ensuring these initiatives align with strategic organizational goals.
- Work with leadership across the organization to deeply understand the needs of our learners & managers, develop segmented learning journeys that address those needs, operationalize the learning across a variety of learning platforms and contexts, and evaluate the efficacy and impact of each program.
- Engage with business stakeholders to align training solutions with business priorities, advocating for scalable and modern training approaches. Coach stakeholders to identify holistic solutions for their teams and direct them to the appropriate resources in order to cultivate a "train the trainer" environment.
- Provide necessary framework for leaders at all levels to effectively manage and inspire their teams, playing a crucial role in cultivating a culture enriched with meaningful content and learning opportunities.
- Identify training needs, develop L&D plans, and spearhead the creation and curation of developmental programs, tools, and resources. Utilize diverse learning methods to meet varying needs, ensuring they are executable and relevant to JRM.
- Utilize successful team strategies as benchmarks to construct comprehensive learning journeys, employing mechanisms like mentoring and training the trainer to facilitate dynamic organizational learning.
- Oversee L&D personnel.
Qualifications - At least 8 years of total work experience with a degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate in the development and delivery of learning content, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and culture.
- Proven expertise in conducting detailed organizational analyses and developing effective interventions.
- Deep knowledge of modern learning technologies and methodologies, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to learning strategies.
- Excellent partnership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
- Candidates will be considered at the Senior Manager or Director level, depending on experience.
