As a critical member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.Key Responsibilities - Food Preparation and Cooking: Oversee the food preparation and cooking process, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, perform weekly inventory assessments, and ensure that all food products are stored in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage day-to-day operations budgets and financial expectations, including reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions to improve profitability.
- Sanitation and Safety: Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times, ensuring that the kitchen is a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.Requirements
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, General Manager, F&B Manager, or Head Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Certifications: Current Manager ServSafe Certification and a degree in Restaurant Management or culinary school certification.
