A company is looking for a Facilities Management Engineering Ops Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop technical staff, oversee operations and maintenance, and contribute to budgeting
Improve preventive maintenance programs and create maintenance and safety manuals
Coordinate with contractors and technicians for building systems maintenance, staying current with HVAC trends


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or minimum seven years of experience in commercial building/engineering operations or equivalent trade school training
Must possess Universal EPA/CFC certification
Preferred: Local Operating Engineer's License or Trade License, SMA, RPA certifications, proficient computer skills including EMS programming and fire alarm systems familiarity More...
