The RoleWe are seeking a versatile individual to fill a hybrid role encompassing account mining/farming, hunting, within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain in the IT services industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for account mining/farming, hunting, sales, and business development to drive revenue growth and expansion within the BFSI domain.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients through account mining/farming activities, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new clients through hunting activities, targeting key accounts in the BFSI sector.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and seize opportunities.
    You are:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the IT services industry, with a focus on the BFSI domain.
    • Proven experience in a hybrid role involving account mining/farming, sales, and business development within the BFSI domain, preferably in the IT services industry.
    • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
    • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
