We're on the lookout for a sharp and detail-oriented Project Manager to work alongside an established account team on one of Hugo & Cat's key clients.
This role will lead the management and delivery of a CRM program for a leading automotive brand across 5 key US states. You will work with a designer and copywriter to deliver ongoing monthly emails, ad-hoc landing pages, and ongoing performance reports. This is a client-facing role, supported by an Account Director.
Requirements
Responsibilities


  • Helping to create monthly campaign briefs, synthesizing inputs from a client-provided content calendar and prioritized product messaging
  • Managing the creative team and facilitating client reviews and approvals across the delivery process.
  • Trafficking approved creative assets directly into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ongoing daily/weekly maintenance of detailed asset routing spreadsheet, ensuring tracking URLs, destination CTAs, and vehicle offer details are accurately communicated to email deployment partner agency
  • Quickly achieve mastery of client requirements and preferences, and act as a point of authority for the assigned project resources
  • Collaborating effectively with outside agency partners responsible for managing CRM data and developing/deploying CRM emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building positive working relationships and managing timelines that span multiple agencies and individual contributors
  • Being a champion of the fine details that can make or break a CRM program while expertly balancing speed, accuracy, and creative excellence
  • Lead weekly internal and external status calls, generating agendas and content as required to keep program on a winning trajectory
  • Conduct task planning for your projects in association with the relevant agency team members based on client briefs.
  • Determine the resource profile for your project based on the project plan, and create a budget based on the resource needs.
  • Flag to your account leads if scope deviation occurs and work with them to determine a plan to resolve the issue.
  • Be able to foresee and prevent problems through proactive status updates and tracking and monitoring of project progress.
  • Monitor financial tracking on a per-project basis and work with your account leads to mitigate any issues that arise.
  • Developing great working relationships with other departments and promoting positive liaisons at the project level.
    Background, Skills and Must Haves

    • 3+ years' experience as a client-facing project and/or delivery manager, including managing CRM programs and delivering projects within a top digital agency or client environment.
    • Strong email communication skills, with exceptional ability to stay on top of a busy project inbox and provide timely, thorough responses and proactive updates
    • Stellar organizational skills, with a particular knack for keeping digital project folders tidy and up-to-date with all program assets, notes, briefs, and reports
    • Experience with automotive clients is a plus.
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and able to pick up client-specific naming conventions, terminology and acronyms quickly.
    • Strong CRM experience, managing programs for the delivery of emails, landing pages, and digital campaign content.
    • Knowledge of current industry standard delivery methodologies, including Agile (e.g. Scrum) and waterfall, and to be comfortable applying the appropriate approach for each project.
    • Ability to make sound commercial and financial decisions, quickly grasp an understanding of complex problems and propose solutions to facilitate fast resolutions.
    • Ability to work well under pressure whilst remaining objective and retaining a positive approach.
    • Be self-motivated, self-driven and independent, and able to identify team members who can provide information to keep your projects on track if blockers arise.
    • Outstanding communication skills at all levels (presentation, written, verbal)
    • Exceptional skills in MS Office and Google software and a very high degree of overall computer literacy.
