Key Responsibilities

Triage and evaluate clinical escalations across various member journeys
Research individual situations and align recommendations with benefit guidelines
Support the development of best practices based on evidence-based guidelines


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the fertility clinical space
Medically-related degree: BSN
Experience in pregnancy or general women's health preferred
Experience in the public health space and/or insurance industry is a plus
